MADE At The Armory
PROUD TO BE HELPING OUR PLANET
EMBRACING RESPONSIBILITY
Sustainability at the Heart of MADE at the Armory's Restoration
Guided by the principle of responsibility, Armory Redevelopment Associates has incorporated sustainability in each facet of the ownership and operation of the restored Jacksonville Armory.
As the largest adaptive reuse project in Northeast Florida, thousands of tons of materials were recycled or reused in its development, saving the same amount of energy as 10,000 trips around the equator at 30 mpg, compared to constructing the same amount of new space. By utilizing energy-saving and environmentally friendly features throughout the property, the Armory offers tenants a space that is sustainable and efficient.
